Fee waivers

The basic conference fee has been waived completely for all those PhD and young post-doc participants who applied for before the end of April. Limited number of further applications can be discussed.

Since the basic fee covers also the social programme, catering, and the proceedings of the conference, the Organizers have to decide later how much of these services will be covered for those with waived fees, depending on the budget of the conference.

We are not able to support any other payments (e.g. accommodation or travel) of regular participants, invitations have been handled individually by the organizers.
